Any item that is sold under 100 GP will not be taxed, so they won’t likely be displayed on the bottom line of the interface. Any item that is sold for over 4,999,999,999 GP will have a capped tax of 5,000,000 GP shown on the interface.


The player-to-player trade menus have also been updated. The ‘Accept’ button on the interface is prevented from being pushed for a few seconds after you change/switch the items in the trade. It gives both parties a chance to spot if they’re being scammed.

Here’s a list of items that are exempted from the tax system. Most of them are total that are used and often bought by newcomers –

Chisel, Dibber, Gardening Trowel, Glassblowing Pipe, Hammer, Needle, Pestle and Mortar, Rake, Saw, Secateurs, Shears, Spade, and Watering Can (0). Bonds are also exempted from the tax system as there is already a fee used to convert the item from non-tradeable to tradeable.
