I've been playing D2r relatively blind

Kinda noobish questions, sorry! A lot of prepositions are also used here Sorry!

I've been playing D2R largely blind. I have a Paladin was specifically created to work with my girlfriend's lightning sorceress. They were in two of hell.

P2Pah Diablo 2 Resurrected Ladder

Solo characters playing and have an assassin who has just been thrown into hell and a barb in the 5th act of the nightmare (having some issues in the battle between the ancients.

I was having lots of issues when I was playing melee characters in hell and nightmares. I assumed it was simply my play, so I began to search for assistance. The horadric cube is much more than just combining three of an item to upgrade something to upgrade, for example, upgrading equipment.

I chose to upgrade my barbarian Soulflay, Shadowfang and... It's completely different and that's how I ended up in nightmare 5. A little later I received blood letter, which I used to replace the upgraded shadowfang (really did not know which to discard and so I turned one coin, then placed the other one in the stash.)

My issue is having to lose a second weapon, with an 8% mana steal. I manage my mana fine however I'd prefer it to be more efficient. I'm in the middle of ridiculous amounts of money. I can gamble on 7mil, and still be fine. I'm aware of how much attack and resist is going to be is going to be a problem come to the end of the road, but I really need a mana to steal.

I'm aware that runewords are an important thing however it can be overwhelming. I've saved every rune we have, and haven't even ever used one as of yet...

For mana-related issues, the insight runeword that comes with your mercenary makes a good option. Insight provides the level 14-17 mana regen aura, and will resolve most of those. It is recommended to do some research before creating one, as there's nothing to lose.

More than mucking up the more than mucking up a side note of D2R Items, in case you didn't know that auras that originate from the gear stack can be paired with whatever you're using as a Paladin therefore you and your girlfriend might both be receiving that mana regen as well as whatever you use normally.

Diablo 2 Resurrected: Could we please get rid of immunes

I'm trying to understand what happens when a game that is about killing monsters, and collecting loot, can stop players from killing 30 percent of monsters? Simply avoiding them defeats the purpose of the game. It also makes you feel like playing only in certain areas, or even playing the Hammerdin.

Being Hybrid is merely a way to make it so you can kill things more slowly and is not feasible. Furthermore, the only defense against infinity is light. Therefore, any build for the endgame which isn't an hammerdin will only be successful by a lightning-powered build.

I decided to begin with a javazon ladder, since I'm always starting using blizz sorc in order to build farm equipment. What a mistake. My favorite option is a pair 47 travs as I can't grow anything effectively because of the lack of equipment. With the majority of monsters resistant to lighting there is only a few for me to farm...pindle can be the sole feasible alternative.

They must stop watching these streamers and be more bold in making changes. I'm tired of the people such as dbowski or mrlama having quality control over this game.

Monster immunities can be a frustrating game mechanic. They are a bit ingrained in the gameplay, particularly the balance between build and class. This is the reason the reason there aren't as many physical immune mobs. Basically, all physical damage builds require the ability to overcome this, as classes and builds that deal non-physical damage usually feature large AOE spells. Do you think that sorcs aren't as powerful on this particular game? LOL Try to remove immunities.

A lot of rebalancing needs to be done, including the nerfing of skills. Blizzard is most likely the best damage ability that is available, once fully utilized. Cold immunity is unbreakable even when combined with Infinity. It would be necessary to reduce Blizzard as well as cold mastery a lot of time. All sorts of other abilities would require significant adjustments. Therefore, in the end there would be no immune system, however, you'd be able to kill anything not immune, but more slowly to keep the equilibrium.

There's a reason why no arpgs after D2 are immune. It's not D3, PoE, or GD. Most likely, it won't be D4. Because it's irritating. However, they won't make a skill rebalance, which will require more than twice the amount of changes than all the changes made in 2.4 to remove this mechanism. The solution, as some have suggested, is to obtain Infinity (if your lightning) or look for zones that don't have any immunes for that kind of. Cows can be used by everyone for instance.
