Building the Worst Possible Madden 22 Team

Hello everyone, I haven't played Madden since I was 19, and I decided to get into Madden NFL 22 since it's completely free when you purchase Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I've watched a lot of YouTube videos that feature people building bad teams in Madden and decided to go in the opposite direction. I decided to de-build, yes you heard that right and build a team DE-build.

The objective is to select the worst players for every position in order to make the team worse off. It's an unfinished deconstruction that will end in a reconstruction as every good player I sold have resulted in me accumulating the king's ransom in draft selections (including 7 1sts, which means I have used up the most draft picks that a team could be allowed to have in Franchise)

To create teams, I made an idea of the players I wanted to make this toilet-bowl team at the bottom. Finalists include teams like the Bears, Jets and Vikings. However, I'm a 24-year Packers fan who cannot forget that 2016 NFC Championship game. So I've settled on Atlanta Falcons. Atlanta Falcons.

This makes use of standard Madden 22 roster file since I don't want artificially created players making the team less than is provided by the game.

Let's take a look and see what the deconstructed Falcons appear to be (with general ratings enclosed in brackets):

QBs: Luke Falk (49), Mike White (49) and Reid Sinnett (48)

The HBs are Buddy Howell (60), Godwin Igwebuike (59) and Damarea Crockett (59)

Facebook: John Raine (60)

For WR, Christian Blake (63), Mike Strachan (63) Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (63), Dan Chisena (60) and Malcolm Perry (59)

Make some strategic adjustments ourselves

Since the release of Madden 22, there have been various problems, many bugs are gradually being fixed, but there is one point that gamers are very dissatisfied with, for gamers, the defense is boring and no fun. Because you can find the user-controlled defenders moving slowly and looking clumsy! What is even more annoying is that sometimes they are right next to the ball holder without making a tackle.

Since EA has not improved this, the only way is to make some strategic adjustments ourselves:

Tip 1. Corner matchups and playing style are important, you can try to set the play ball to "Swat", according to your players and the opponent's wide receiver to match your corner overall or speed.

Tip 2. Make sure there are 3 good safeties on your roster. They can play a good role in passing between running and passing defense by bringing one down as a sub LB or slot CB according to your personal situation.

Tip 3. Few NFL teams run man extensively and those who do have a stable of elite corners (Like Dolphins and Pats). Learn how to run Cover 2, 3, 4, and 6 effectively, what formations they match best against, and where the weak points in the coverage area. The user controlling your central hook zone defender remains the best way to make an impact on defense with your stick skills.

Tip 4. Cover 3 match can get you a numbers advantage in the box and gives you some of the positive elements of man coverage in terms of contesting receivers while mitigating the risk of getting beat 1 v 1 that comes from true man. Match coverage works really well at defending many of the most Madden route combos (slants, mesh, any kind of cross-formation pattern).

Tip 5. Blitz sparingly, but when you do, bring the house. If you're blitzing, bringing 6 or 7 to guarantee pressure on the QB and a short throwing window. Combine that with a situational coverage adjustment (press in short-yardage, backed off coverage in 3rd and long) and you're going to dictate to the offense what throws are available to them. Nickel AA and the 6-1, 4-3 formation are two of the best formations to blitz out of.

It would be great if these suggestions can help you solve some of the troubles in Madden 22. If the game fails to meet the gamers' expectations, then we can only find some special methods to achieve the best game effect. If you need
